Each core is completely disassembled down to the bare block, then thoroughly inspected, precision machined, rebuilt and tested to address known factory weak points that can contribute to premature Jaguar and Land Rover engine failure. Each Rover Parts Depo engine includes:
- New main bearings and connecting rod bearings
- New piston rings and new pistons
- Honed and decked engine block
- Precision polished crankshaft
- New OEM Land Rover gaskets, seals, bolts, and assembly hardware
- Completely remanufactured and reinforced cylinder heads
- New high-flow water pump and oil pump
